At Life Changes Adult and Teen counseling I offer a safe place for you to truly work on your anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relationship issues, unresolved childhood issues, and change certain cycles that you find yourself in over and over again. The benefits of therapy that targets the root of the issue can be truly life-changing. Many find that as a result of therapy, they are able to develop new coping skills, gain insight into their emotions and behaviors, and improve their relationships with others.
My practice is currently offering in person, and telehealth sessions for adults, young adults, and teens. If you are interested, please call my office for a complimentary 15 minute consultation to determine if we are a good fit.
Then, if you would like to move forward with therapy, you will be sent the paperwork electronically to sign. Once that has been completed, you will be called to set up your appointment.

I accept checks and all major credit cards. I do not accept cash and do not carry any cash on premises

Superbills: If you want to use your PPO plan we will be out of network. You will need to contact your insurance company and ask how much you will be reimbursed for services.

Upon request, I am happy to provide a superbill for reimbursement for out-of-network insurance plans. Please check with your insurance provider. Please make sure with your insurance provider that they will cover out-of-network services.
